  This was horrible. I made my payments every single month for 4 years with the exception of them giving me an extension on some payments when my husband had a heart attack and something very terrible happened to my daughter. Although I was told there would not be any additional fees I now find out that not only were there fees but they were charging interest all of the remainder of the note but they said nothing. I paid the note off and they say nothing. I found out after they pick up my car in the middle of the night and it gets much worse. In an effort to deal with their lack of professionalism later so I could get the car back, I had to pay them almost 2,000 in what they claim to be late fees, pay for the toe and insurance in case there was damage! Well not only was there damage there was 1500.00 worth of damage. It looked like they took my sports car and drug it down the side of a wall. After the toeing company threatened to not allow me to have my car if we didn't sign their forms and after the towing company and United said multiple times I should have paid my bills neither united not the towing company paid for the damage. Towing company says its United that should pay and United now says the cars paid off, not our problem. So I finally get my title in the mail after I called at least 20 times and they refused to allow me to talk to a manager because I no longer owed money on a note, I finally got it. It was in a fed ex envelope with nothing else. They didn't put a letter in there of any kind. Not even a please find enclosed letter!!! So after paying the company faithfully while in sure they have many that don't pay them, I did pay faithfully and you see how they treated me in return! I don't care how bad you need a loan, your crazy to go through this company. They are crooks! They talked to me like I was trash and treated me horribly and I never ever missed a payment. I later found out that it's common for this company to wait until about 30 days after the notes paid and then take your vehicle claiming you owe late fees, they are always steep in hopes you can't pay it so they can resale the vehicle and make more money off of it and given the amount of people coming out of there literally crying because they couldn't pay it and they lost their car, I believe it's the truth! I paid every month faithfully and when I asked why nobody advised me that I owed late fees prior to taking it while I'm thinking its paid in full, I was told they are not required to tell me! No matter how bad you need a loan, don't go through this company and if your a dealership and want your customers to return, don't use this company. I'll try to post photos of the damage to the car they refused to pay for because it was paid off and they owe me nothing! According to them!! Worst experience I've ever had with any company! I would rather be shot than to have another loan with these people. I'd have a better chance of surviving!!!
